Michelle is an integrative therapist who aims to be adaptive to her client's needs in her modality of practice. Michelle is trained to work in a person centred approach, psychodynamic and is trained in delivering techniques seen in dialectical behavioural therapy.

Michelle obtained her first degree in BSc Psychology at The University of Surrey and completed her BACP Accredited qualification in Integrative Counselling in London and is currently working as part of the counselling team at Central and North West London NHS Trust.

Michelle specialises working with issues such as perinatal loss, IVF, fertility issues such as PCOS & endometriosis, SEN, neurodivergence, autism, anger, PTSD, trauma, gender identity, feelings of hopelessness, familial & relationship conflicts, divorce, bereavement, exam stress, existential crisis, personality disorders (EUPD, BPD) & physical, sexual and emotional abuse,​

Experience includes providing short term DBT (dialectical behavioural therapy) which incorporates CBT and Psychodynamic evidence based techniques targeted at helping manage distress tolerance and conflicts surrounding interpersonal relationships whether it be at work, romantic relationships or familial. She has also provided more long term sessions using a psychodynamic and person centred approach in educational settings such as schools, universities and the NHS, working with a wide variety of clients of different ages and cultural backgrounds.

Michelle's London practice promises a relaxing and confidential space located in the heart of Ealing Broadway. Just a few minutes walk from the rail station, with tube links on the District, Piccadilly and Central line and frequent trains running from Ealing Broadway to Paddington & Reading.

Buses: You can catch the 83, 207, 427, 607, N207 services on The Broadway towards Hanwell to the west and Acton, or Hanger Lane East and North. The 65 stops on the High street towards Brentford.
